"The hotel's location is excellent. We were probably only 50 meters from Xiguan subway station, and it was a short walk to Zhongshan Bridge. Plus, there's a night market right next door with plenty of food options. The hotel room was very clean, consistently meeting the Etap standard. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. We arrived early, and since a room was available, they processed our check-in right away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience."

"Stayed here on two separate occasions for a total of 3 nights. The location is great, right in the old town and it’s a lovely area to explore although it’s about 8-10km from the main downtown area (not a problem for me). Staff were very friendly and gave me their WeChat upon arrival so I could contact them if I needed anything. Room was clean and had everything I needed although a fridge would be nice! Decent breakfast too."

The size of the jacuzzi is huge, but the water is not as warm as what you would expect in US hotels. I was not able to figure out how to turn it on either. Overall, it is a great stay."

Staff member Zhang Meng patiently assisted with the check-in process, thoroughly explaining the afternoon tea and breakfast/dinner times, and even noted these times on the room card holder. This meticulous and thoughtful service was truly heartwarming. Other front desk staff, the concierge, and the parking attendants were equally attentive. Service response was also very prompt. We truly felt like honored guests. Facilities: The executive room is located high above, offering expansive views. The room is spacious, featuring smart appliances and a wet/dry separated bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. Cleanliness: Impeccable. The linens were clean and odorless. Dining Experience: The executive lounge's afternoon tea was exquisite and offered panoramic views. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, perfectly balanced for nutrition. The beef noodles, especially, were freshly pulled and cooked, with an authentic taste that was unforgettable."

"The location is great, especially for those traveling by air, as it's relatively close to the airport. The hotel elevator goes directly to the subway station, and the airport shuttle bus stop is right at the entrance, with buses every half hour. It's convenient for visiting attractions, dining, and shopping. What's really interesting is that in the same high-rise building, there's also the Orange Hotel, the Hanting Hotel (referred to as 'Quanji' here, which is a common brand name), and office spaces. Personally, I feel that a 5-star hotel is definitely more worthwhile!"

The room had all the amenities we could need, and the cleaning staff did an incredibly thorough and detailed job. Plus, the hotel offers free parking, has a prime location, and boasts excellent transport links."

It was only when the front desk staff patiently and persistently contacted me that I suddenly realized the substantial amount of money was missing, and I became incredibly anxious. Upon learning of the situation, the hotel staff immediately verified the details, securely safeguarded the money, and efficiently helped me retrieve it. All 300,000 RMB was returned completely intact. Their integrity and sense of responsibility, especially in not being swayed by such a large sum of money and making continuous efforts to contact me, deeply moved me. The staff at your hotel displayed exemplary character and meticulous service, fully reflecting high professional standards and excellent hotel management. At a critical time when I urgently needed funds, they helped me avoid a significant loss, and I will forever remember their kindness. My heartfelt thanks go out to you all!
